Based on a social choreography of fellow precarious bodies, fay invites you to reorient your body towards something else, a glimpse into the possibilities of time.

in the context of fay’s artistic masters research, the conditions that create a precarious body are investigated, as well as the ways they materially manifest themselves. through inviting the audience to join the route of a pilgrimage around the city of Arnhem, fay poses the question of “how does a precarious body preserve itself?”

during Arnhem Uitnacht at Eusebiuskerk, fay's performance redefined the pulpit's purpose. Moving in an unending circle, for 4 hours, filling the space with a nonstop speech ranging from the mundane and the profound.
fay's words, often perceived as a display of madness or a conversation with a higher power, posed an important question to the audience: who holds the privilege to voice concerns and receive care in society?

as fay's exploration took shape during a residency at Forte Marghera, offering a response to the dynamics of collective living. through an intervention, the audience was invited to question: who bears the weight of hospitality? whose bodies are acknowledged for their labor? and what does an imposed ecology entail for those who had no choice?
